The Expeditor is an entry level back of the house position in the Restaurant. The Expeditor garnishes guests’ orders and prepares them for the food runner and/or server to present to guests in the Restaurant. Additional responsibilities include restocking and cleaning. This course will address the responsibilities of this position in detail and provide tips for success.
