The Hotel Purchasing Department facilitates the process for determining which goods and services to purchase, when to purchase, from whom to purchase, when to receive, where to store, and when to issue into service. [This course] describes the purchasing process and provides suggestions for effectively controlling the purchasing process as well as establishing and maintaining solid vendor relationships.
